Once upon a time a small caterpillar was sitting on a branch of an ancient sequoia. She just had been there for ages. She stared at the horizon and wasn't able to do anything else.
Then came a day that the Wind decided to talk to her. He thought: "why does this precious creature lays on that branch with such sadness in her eyes?
"He whispered the question to the caterpillar. "Precious? Oh no, I'm not precious, I'm just a caterpillar...
"Then the wind blew a soft breeze and told her: "Little one, even the most uggly creature keeps in itself the most precious being, everything is the way it's meant to be, even you. Some day you'll blossom and be able to spread your wings in the same horizon you stare at. Some day, you will be the horizon.
"The caterpillar couldn´t really believe those words and started to get more and more lonely while she whised to be close to the horizon, close to the sky, close to the moon...
She closed herself in a cocoon because she just couldn't stand the pain anymore. The days went by and she started to miss the moonlight. She tore the cocoon and got out, but something had changed. But what could it be?
So the Wind came again: "come to my back Little one". And took her to the moon, "How is this possible", she thought. Oh, what a joy, finally... she made it. And all of a sudden, the Wind dropped her, and she was now falling, so fast, so hard... "open your wings" he said. "What wings, I don't have any wings!!!
"She was still falling... and the the moon spoke: "Truste me please, open your wings Little one, let your self go, fly, come to me
"And so she did it, she believed, she had faith and her wings just opened in the last second.
